Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience processing and managing end-to-end payroll (in-house).
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations and HR best practices in Malaysia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end payroll cycle for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, preparing offer letters and conducting orientation.
