Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment process and onboarding of new hires.
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Support payroll administration and ensure compliance with statutory contributions.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and promote a positive working environment.
  • Coordinate and monitor training and development programs.
