Job summary

A leading automotive manufacturing company in Klang City is seeking an experienced HR Manager to assist with the administrative functions, manage the recruitment process, and ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental, and Safety Management Systems. Candidates must possess a degree in HR and have at least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong leadership, analytical skills, and proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English are essential. A valid driver's license and transport are required for this role.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in HR, IR, and ER management.
• Work experience in manufacturing, especially in the automotive industry is an advantage.
• Exposure to IATF 16949 and/or ISO 9001 QMS environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate with the General Manager and team.
• Accountable for all aspects of Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety Management.
• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Develop and coordinate training initiatives.
• Manage outsource employee’s performance and discipline.
