Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive (Payroll) to join our dynamic team. This full-time role will be responsible for driving key HR initiatives and ensuring the effective management of our employee relations and industrial relations.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures to support the overall business objectives
• Manage employee relations and industrial relations, including handling employee grievances, disciplinary matters and collective bargaining
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Administer compensation and benefits, including payroll, leave management and performance management
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
• Provide HR-related training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and engagement
• Collaborate with management to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare HR reports as required

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a senior HR executive role.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian labour laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
• Proficient in problem-solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
• Willing to work at Tampoi, Johor.
