This role supports the organisation by delivering structured, data-driven Compensation & Benefits and People Operations across the employee lifecycle. The position focuses on HR analytics, rewards administration, employee data management, and HR documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to employee exit processes.
Prepare and administer employee-related documentation, including transfer letters, salary adjustment letters, and termination letters.
Administer annual salary review processes, allowances, and reward programmes in line with company policies and guidelines.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in Workday, ensuring data integrity and compliance at all times.
Deliver HR analytics, workforce insights, and people cost reporting to support informed decision-making.
Support employee-related costing activities and contribute to workforce planning insights.
Drive continuous improvement and automation of HR processes, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and data quality.
Apply established HR policies and procedures, escalating complex or non-routine matters where appropriate.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or related disciplines.
Strong interest or experience in Compensation & Benefits operations, HR analytics, or people data management.
Experience working with HRIS systems, preferably Workday, with a strong focus on data accuracy.
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail and data integrity.
Ability to work independently while adhering to established policies and processes.
Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
