What You’ll Do

• Drive HR strategy, policies & compliance aligned with business goals.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding & retention programs.
• Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits benchmarking.
• Implement performance management, KPIs & career growth plans.
• Handle employee relations, grievance, and engagement initiatives.
• Manage training needs, development programs & succession planning.
• Oversee foreign worker management, hostel, and welfare compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in HR / Business Admin or related field.
• Minimum 6 years HR experience (3+ years in managerial role).
• Strong knowledge of Employment Act & statutory regulations.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders).
• Willing to work in Tampoi, Johor Bahru.
