You will manage comprehensive HR functions, impacting employee lives and driving organizational success. Talent Acquisition: Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring the right talent joins our client's team.
Learning & Development: Design and implement training programs that foster employee growth and align with company objectives.
Performance Management: Oversee goal-setting and appraisal processes, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
Employee Engagement: Create and execute initiatives that enhance workplace satisfaction and foster a positive company culture.
Payroll & Leave Administration: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while managing employee leave effectively.
HR Administration: Maintain meticulous employee records and provide essential administrative support.
Multi-location Support: Conduct outlet visits to maintain consistent HR practices across locations.
Compliance & Reporting: Uphold labor law compliance and provide insightful HR metrics to senior management.
HR Technology: Utilize HR software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
HR Experience: At least 2 years of experience in managing comprehensive HR functions, bringing valuable insights to the role.
Educational Background: A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in HR principles.
Mobility: Possess own transport and be willing to travel for outlet visits, supporting a multi-location workforce.
Tech‑Savvy: Experience with HR software is a plus, enhancing your ability to optimize HR processes.
Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with Malaysian employment laws and experience in handling employee relations matters is beneficial.
