What you'll be doing?

Talent Acquisition: Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring the right talent joins our client's team.

Learning & Development: Design and implement training programs that foster employee growth and align with company objectives.

Performance Management: Oversee goal-setting and appraisal processes, driving a culture of continuous improvement.

Employee Engagement: Create and execute initiatives that enhance workplace satisfaction and foster a positive company culture.

Payroll & Leave Administration: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while managing employee leave effectively.

HR Administration: Maintain meticulous employee records and provide essential administrative support.

Multi-location Support: Conduct outlet visits to maintain consistent HR practices across locations.

Compliance & Reporting: Uphold labor law compliance and provide insightful HR metrics to senior management.

HR Technology: Utilize HR software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
