Requirements
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of HR generalist experience, with strong exposure to recruitment, performance management, and training.
  • Sound knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive mindset, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the full spectrum of HR functions, including payroll, employee benefits, employee personal data in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process which includes screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, job offering, and relevant employment documentation based on the budget and timeline.
  • Manage employee movements, transfers, and promotions as well as the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews and handling necessary documents.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support the overall business strategy.
  • Handle employee misconduct cases, including investigation, disciplinary actions, and documentation in accordance with company policies and labour laws.
  • Plan, organize, and administer internal and external training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
