An HR solutions company in Kulai, Johor, is seeking a qualified HR professional to manage a variety of functions, including recruitment, payroll, training, and developing HR policies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, which include recruitment & selection, salary/payroll administration, training and development, industrial relations, employee relations, compensation and benefits and other HR related matter.
To assist in overseeing all matters relating to office management to ensure effective utilization of the resources.
To assist in the review and implementation of the systems and processes of the department.
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply.
Implement performance review procedures (e.g., quarterly / annual evaluation).
Conduct orientation for new join.
To handle and develop process of recruitment and selection.
To prepare reports as directed by immediate superior for management review and decision making.
To liaise with the government bodies on all statutory requirement and monthly payment submission such as EPF/SOCSO/EIS/Income tax.
To access the needs and develop effective HR policies and procedure in line with company’s business direction and operations.
To handle staff disciplinary and welfare issues.
Ability to plan and manage the resources to cope with the changing demand and.
Ability to work pro-actively in accordance with policies and procedure to archive documentation quality as specific.
Ensure the procurement process is relevant with RBA and ISO 9001 procedure, assist in audit process.
Understand the requirements for a QMS, including documented information, planning and determining process interactions.
Strong coordination between main office/site office and headquarters.
To understand any related duties as might be required by management, from time to time.
