Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, phone interviews, interview scheduling, and conducting reference checks.
- Assist in sourcing potential candidates based on job requirements through various channels such as job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Help maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR-related documentation and filing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide support in employee relations by addressing staff queries and assisting in the resolution of workplace issues.
- Participate in the onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of relevant documentation and coordination of necessary arrangements.
- Contribute to the planning and coordination of internal events, such as annual dinners, festive celebrations, and team-building activities.
- Assist in drafting and preparing content for internal newsletters and announcements.
- Perform other general HR administrative tasks and provide support to the HR team as required.
- Manage and administer all aspects of employee insurance programs, including medical, life, personal accident and other related coverage.
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and insurance providers to ensure effective communication and smooth policy administration.
- Ensure timely enrolment, renewal, and termination of insurance policies for employees in accordance with company policies and employment changes.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on insurance-related matters, including claims processes, coverage details, and policy updates.
- Coordinate management facility maintenance.
- Ensure timely payment to cleaning, plant rental and other vendors.
- Ensure timely renewal of company licenses.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration or related field.
- 2-3 years of working experience in HR and Admin role.
- Basic knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR practices.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
