The successful candidate will spearhead HR initiatives including policy development, recruitment, and compliance management. Build people systems, ensure smooth administrative operations, and provide support in accounts and finance to strengthen organizational compliance and efficiency.

  • Reports directly to CEO
Job Responsibilities
  • Develop HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Manage payroll, allowances, and claims.
  • Ensure compliance with labor law and audit readiness.
  • Lead wellness and employee engagement programs.
  • Any ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor from time to time.
Details Responsibilities Admin Support
  • Assist Finance Director in preparing monthly payroll reconciliation and staff claims verification.
  • Support vendor payment processing, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
  • Maintain accurate records of allowances and reimbursements.
  • Liaise with Finance team on expense reporting.
  • Monitor driver logs, petty cash, and operational expenses for timely submission and reconciliation.
  • Any ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor from time to time.
Job Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; HR certification is an advantage.
  • Experience: 5–7 years in HR and administration, with exposure to payroll, compliance, and finance support.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, statutory contributions, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational ability, confidentiality, and problem‑solving mindset.
  • Personal Attributes: High accountability, fairness, proactive attitude, and ability to collaborate across departments.
