Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 to 5 years working experience in ground handling services or cargo handling.
• Sufficient knowledge in GOM, GHM, ERP, SMS Manual, MAVCOM Act 2015, MCAR 2016 and CAD 6010.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective rostering and scheduling of manpower for ground handling.
• Monitor staff discipline and competency.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to meet customer needs.
• Analyze and review ground handling activities for financial sustainability.
