We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Senior Graphic Designers to join our team and contribute to Japan's top-tier international projects. The role involves creating world-class visual art and assets across various platforms, including mobile games, social media, advertising videos, and websites.

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will utilize advanced industry-standard tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other specialized software to produce high-quality digital assets. You will be responsible for ensuring that all deliverables align with the client's vision while adhering to project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth research and gather references to inspire creative proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and project objectives.

Develop detailed mockups, wireframes, and storyboards while iterating on design concepts based on feedback from stakeholders.

Create high-quality digital design assets, including branding materials, mobile game UI, social media graphics, motion graphics, and video assets.

Deliver innovative design layouts optimized for various digital platforms, adhering to client specifications and usability standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of creative projects from concept to delivery.

Organize workflows efficiently and manage schedules to meet strict deadlines without compromising quality.

Mentor junior designers by conducting training sessions on production tools and best practices.
