Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in Business or relevant field.
• Ideally, 3 years of experience in modern trade for well-known FMCG companies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and positive attitude.
• Good computer skills, particularly in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Pursue strategic initiatives within key customers and new business acquisitions.
• Accountable for sell-out sales performance and acquiring new business.
• Manage and monitor the regional budget effectively.
• Ensure timely listing of new products into key accounts.
• Review sales performance and promotion effectiveness with distributors.
• Prepare business plan presentations to distributors and customers.
• Ensure distributors implement agreed action plans.
