Job description
Responsibilities

Attend and prepare the necessary forms and documents for the handover of shop lots to new tenants.

Attend and prepare the necessary forms and documents for the final inspection of shop lots before opening.

Attend and prepare the necessary forms and documents for the handover of vacant units.

Perform rounds and checks to ensure all contractors comply with Tasek Central Mall rules, regulations, and SOPs during renovations.

Collaborate with tenants to understand their design and functional requirements.

Review and approve tenant design submissions and provide feedback as necessary.

Prepare job request forms from tenants for their renovation needs and obtain the HOD's signature.

Ensure all tenant documents are updated and properly organized in the tenant file.

Follow up with contractors on the progress of any renovations in the mall or shop lots.

Conduct pre‑construction briefings for new tenants and contractors.

Approve tenant renovation submissions, including single‑line drawings.

Attend to telco contractors for upgrading or breakdown work on their systems.

Follow up on pest control services, fire alarm services, and AHU services for TGV and F&B lots.

Go to the police station to file incident reports if needed.

Monitor and ensure the TMS and BTU systems are running in good condition.

Requirement
Education

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Architecture, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction management, fit‑out projects, or a similar role.

Experience in retail or commercial property management is preferred.

Skills
