Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in handling full set of accounts independently.
• Strong knowledge in E-invoicing SST, Income Tax, CP204 and Withholding Tax.
• Familiar with EPF, SOCSO and EIS.
• Strong knowledge in Malaysia Accounting Standard.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Adept at managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, costing and financial statements.
• Manage budget, control income, cash flow, and expenditures.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation, monthly analysis, and cheque issuance.
• Prepare and submit management account report as per deadline.
• Manage tax calculation and declaration.
• Liaise with external auditors on audit and income tax matters.
• Ensure supplier payment integrity and smooth pay-out.
• Support management with financial insights for decision making.
