About the role

As a Finance Executive at Urban Pinnacle Venture, you will play a crucial role in the company's financial operations and reporting. This full‑time position is based in Kuala Lumpur and will involve managing a wide range of financial responsibilities to support the company's growth and success.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and issue monthly invoices, receipts, and payment reminders for tenants.
• Monitor and track incoming payments; follow up with tenants on outstanding dues.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Maintain proper records of all financial documents including bills, receipts, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and summaries.
• Work with the company secretary to ensure timely reporting, tax submissions, and compliance with statutory requirements.

What we're looking for

• A diploma or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a small to medium‑size business.
• Mandarin speaker only to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in using financial software and spreadsheets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team player with the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and compliance requirements.
