We are seeking a Finance professional with a strong background in manufacturing and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, ethical, and proactive leader capable of managing diverse finance responsibilities independently.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Finance or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Mandatory finance experience in manufacturing or accounting operations.
• Strong team‑player with a hands‑on approach and positive working attitude.
• Leadership skills for managing subordinates.
• High level of ethics and confidentiality.
• Can‑do attitude; able to multi‑task, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Organized with good analytical skills.
• Well‑versed in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable about AutoCount software.
• Good spoken and written Mandarin & English.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Skills required: Financial Reporting and Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of manufacturing accounts.
• Prepare monthly reports and budget.
• Manage tax submissions and payments (SST, withholding tax and e‑invoice).
• Submit estimated tax payable / revise tax payable.
• Experience in handling reinvestment allowance (Tax).
• Knowledge of transfer pricing will be added as an advantage.
• Liaise with auditor, tax agent, secretary and banker to ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and internal financial policies.
• Renew fire and machine insurance.
• In‑charge of year‑end finance audit.
