Overview

ABOUT US

We are a family of mental health clinics united by a shared mission: to make high-quality, trauma-informed care accessible to all. Across our four locations, we provide affordable, evidence-based therapy that helps individuals, children, and families find relief from suffering, break cycles of trauma, and create lasting change.

Our clinicians bring diverse training, perspectives, and lived experiences, allowing us to meet clients with authenticity, inclusivity, and compassion. We offer both in-person and virtual services, working with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and more.

At the heart of our work is the belief that healing is possible. We strive to honor the courage it takes to seek therapy and are committed to building safe, supportive, and equitable spaces where clients can grow, connect, and thrive.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our portfolio grows, so does the complexity of our finance function. We are seeking a full-time Senior Finance Associate to support our expanding operations and provide both hands-on accounting and higher-level financial planning and analysis.

This role goes beyond bookkeeping — you will manage accounting across multiple entities, prepare consolidated reports, and provide insights that drive strategic decision-making. It’s an ideal fit for a Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of experience who is looking for a stable, long-term role that combines technical accounting with FP&A responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily bookkeeping for multiple entities
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and payroll accounts
  • Prepare journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
  • Maintain the general ledger and support monthly and quarterly closes
  • Prepare consolidated financial reports across all entities at the holding company level (combining clinics and MSOs into a single financial view)
  • Build and maintain budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
  • Analyze performance, identify trends, and share insights with leadership
  • Track KPIs and support scenario modeling for strategic decisions
  • Prepare and reconcile payroll-related journal entries
  • Ensure payroll expenses are coded accurately to the chart of accounts
  • Assist with light transactional tasks as needed, including minimal AR/AP support
Requirements
  • Chartered Accountant (CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)
  • 5+ years of professional accounting experience (bookkeeping + FP&A)
  • Experience preparing consolidated financial statements across multiple entities
  • Ideally, prior work with a global firm (Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, EY)
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; strong analytical and modeling skills
  • Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working remotely
NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience supporting multi-entity healthcare or professional services organizations
  • Prior exposure to payroll accounting and chart of accounts management
  • Strong background in financial analysis and scenario modeling
Why Join Us

This is a unique opportunity to step into a role that blends hands-on accounting with higher-level financial strategy. You’ll gain exposure to a growing healthcare portfolio with complex, multi-entity operations, while contributing directly to building long-term financial strength and transparency.

If you are a detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys both the rigor of bookkeeping and the insights of FP&A – and you’re looking for a long-term, stable remote role – we’d love to meet you.
