JOB SUMMARY

A key member of the Malaysian Business Development team with core responsibility in driving business objectives by executing sales, marketing and training programs, equipping & providing distributors/IBO with the support needed for growth.

JOB DESCRIPTION
  1. Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and development of new Business Builders and Sales Leaders to expand the company’s business and accelerate sales growth.
  2. Collaborate with Business Builders and Sales Leaders to design and deliver training programs that strengthen skills, enhance business capabilities, and support both existing market growth and new market development.
  3. Participate in the planning, coordination, and implementation of recruitment and business-building activities, including rallies, seminars, Business Builder meetings, training sessions, conventions, trade fairs, and other related events.
  4. Travel outstation to organize and support events, conduct trainings, as well as to assist Business Builders in carrying out field activities.
  5. Facilitate effective communication with Business Builders, ensuring timely dissemination of operational information and updates on new company developments.
  6. Gather feedback from the field and provide market intelligence reports, including recommendations for business development activities, while analysing and summarizing data and market trends for management review.
  7. Undertake any other assignments or duties as assigned by Management, supporting the overall business development and training objectives of the company.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  1. Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Nutrition, Education/Training, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, training, sales support, direct selling/MLM, pharmaceutical sales, or nutrition. Fresh graduates with strong interest in training and business growth are welcome to apply
  3. Experience in conducting product training in nutritional & health products will be a definite advantage.
  4. Sales & Business Acumen: Good understanding of business development, market expansion, and relationship management.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) in English, Malay, and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
  6. Able to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a strong team player.
  7. Willing to travel and work beyond normal office hours, including weekends/public holidays when required for events.
  8. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using digital tools such as online meeting platforms and social media for business.
