Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiar with factory utilities such as compressed air systems, air conditioning, firefighting systems.
  • Ability to work on 12 hours rotating shifts.
  • Ability to communicate in English.

Overview

Operate and maintain all facility systems, including providing support during emergency situations such as power failures, fires, and equipment breakdowns across all Ambu buildings.

Carry out maintenance activities in accordance with preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and established procedures, including routine inspections of buildings and facility equipment.

Ensure all preventive maintenance records for facility machines and equipment are accurately completed, properly documented, and well maintained. Verify that backup systems (e.g. generators and firefighting systems) are fully functional and tested on a regular basis.

Monitor and control utility consumption to ensure usage remains within installed capacity limits.

Implement initiatives to improve utility efficiency and minimize unnecessary energy and resource wastage.

Ensure all buildings and facilities comply with local authority regulations, safety standards, and quality system requirements.
