What You Will Do
  • Lead the operation and optimization of critical facility systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, process utilities (CDA, WWT, nitrogen), and building infrastructure to ensure manufacturing uptime and compliance.
  • Develop and implement robust maintenance strategies using BMS/CMMS systems and IoT data to drive predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Manage asset integrity, vendor contracts, and SLAs while ensuring adherence to safety, regulatory, and Comet standards.
  • Drive energy efficiency and cost-saving initiatives through system validation, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Mentor and manage a maintenance team, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of reliability and operational excellence.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field.
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities/maintenance engineering within a manufacturing environment; greenfield startup experience is required.
  • Deep technical expertise in critical utilities (HVAC, electrical systems, CDA, WWT) and proficiency in BMS/SCADA/CMMS platforms.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams, contractors, and cross-functional projects.
  • Strong regulatory knowledge and experience ensuring compliance with local safety and facility standards.
