Job summary

A prominent technical services provider is seeking an AVP, Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. AVP, Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

Execute all talent acquisition initiatives and recruitment activities to meet the required talent demand within DIALOG.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and identify active and passive talent for current or future vacancies.
  • Perform proactive direct sourcing by searching resume databases and/or social networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Jobstreet), approaching suitable prospects, pipelining talent and creating talent pools in anticipation of business needs.
  • Qualify suitable applicants via a range of screening tools e.g. face-to-face interviews, phone/video interviews, written tests, etc.
  • Execute end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process in accordance with country regulations, internal policies, and best practices, and provide an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Analyze statistical recruiting data to determine effectiveness of all recruiting activities.
  • Implement initiatives involving recruitment alliances and strategic partnerships to develop the employer brand through advertising, promotion, and community involvement with any recruitment-focused local events.
  • Execute talent acquisition activities including branding exercises, internships, scholarships and career events.
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Talent Acquisition.
  • Preferably with experience in similar industry such as Oil & Gas, EPCC & Construction.
