• Derive monthly production schedule for execution of dipping plants.
• Input daily production output in the product spreadsheet.
• Discuss shipment status with Sales & Marketing.
• Keep track of inventory movement daily.

• Plan customers demand in accordance to product requirement.
• Derive monthly production schedule for the execution of dipping plants.
• Commit a reasonable ETD for customer demand in accordance to capacity availability.
• Firm the customer sales order in AX system.
• Input daily production output in the respective product spread sheet.
• Ensure correctness when entering data (quantity & sizes) in respective product spread sheet.
• Discuss with Sales & Marketing for any potential shipment required delays due to inability to meet the original committed ETD.
• Conduct daily short discussion with the respective QCP Executives, shipping & packaging section on shipment status.
• Attend weekly shipment meeting which is chair by shipping department.
• Inform purchasing on any packaging required advance delivery due to special production run.
• Keep track of inventory movement (work in progress & temporary packing) on a daily basis.
• Submit a summary inventory status to Director Manufacturing/Senior Manager – Operation on a monthly basis.
• Work closely with compounding head on raw material planning.
• Any other tasks that may be assigned.
