Responsible for driving the overall creative direction and producing high-quality design materials that enhance NADI's branding and visibility. This role involves developing and delivering creative content, preparing design assets for campaigns and events, and ensuring all output comply with NADI and MCMC brand guidelines. The position works closely with agencies and the Brand Communications team to uphold consistent branding and support key marketing initiatives. It also covers the planning, creation, and management of social media content to strengthen NADI's digital presence and engagement across all platforms, while supporting the Director of Strategy & Development Department in meeting nationwide visual communication requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and design materials to strengthen NADI's branding and visibility across all platforms.
- Produce visual assets for campaigns, events, and promotional activities to support nationwide marketing initiatives.
- Oversee video production and multimedia content creation to support Smart Services, outreach programmes, and national level events.
- Ensure all creative outputs comply with NADI and MCMC brand guidelines to maintain consistent and accurate brand representation.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to produce high-quality creative deliverables within set timelines and budgets.
- Provide design and creative support for speeches, presentations, and media engagements to strengthen public messaging.
- Research and adopt new creative tools, design practices, and digital trends to keep NADI's branding relevant and appealing.
- Create and manage social media content to enhance NADI's digital presence and engagement.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Creative Multimedia, Marketing, or relevant discipline from a reputable university with a minimum of CGPA 3.00.
- A Master's Degree or professional certification in Creative Design, Branding, or Multimedia is an advantage.
Work Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on experience in creative design, branding, multimedia, or content development.
- Proven proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro) and familiarity with multimedia production workflows.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines, ensuring quality outputs.
- Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, and creativity aligned with contemporary design and branding trends.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking to support creative direction and campaign development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.
- Strong knowledge of strategic marketing and branding to strengthen NADI's visibility and engagement.
- Advanced understanding of social media platforms, digital trends, and content optimisation techniques.
- Proficiency in the latest design, animation, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Premiere Pro and etc.).
- Ability to conceptualise and direct creative campaigns that align with organisational goals.
- Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple creative outputs under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of multimedia production workflows, including photography, videography, and post production.
- Ability to develop creative guidelines, protocols, and templates to ensure branding consistency.
- Analytical skills to evaluate design effectiveness and audience engagement metrics.
- Capacity to brief, guide, and review work from creative teams, vendors, and agencies.
