The candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, and at least 3 years of experience in procurement or related roles. Responsibilities include vendor management, running RFQs, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards. The role demands strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, providing a significant business impact through smart procurement decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily sourcing activities and support team performance
• Manage Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) sourcing for goods and services
• Work with stakeholders to define job scopes, BQs, and tender documents
• Run RFQs/tenders end-to-end, including negotiation and vendor selection
• Source, evaluate, and pre-qualify new vendors
• Prepare technical and commercial comparisons for management approval
• Manage project and operational purchases in line with SOPs
• Resolve supplier and contractor issues and coordinate communications
• Support process improvements, SOP updates, and KPI tracking
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering background preferred: Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Materials)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, or engineering-related roles
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings and technical terms
• Familiar with engineering standards and HSE requirements
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
