Job summary

A leading real estate company in Malaysia is seeking a skilled professional to build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents. The role involves providing critical property information, monitoring sales performance, and assisting with deal negotiations. Candidates must possess a sales-related degree and have at least 2 years of experience in the property industry. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Power BI are essential, along with CRM expertise. This position also requires organizing marketing events to engage clients and generate leads.

Qualifications

Job description

Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, acting as the main point of contact for all property-related inquiries.

Provide agents with up-to-date property information, marketing materials, pricing, and promotional tools to aid in their sales efforts.

Monitor and track the performance of real estate agents to ensure they meet sales targets.

Analyze agent sales reports and provide feedback or training to improve performance where necessary.

Ensure that agents follow the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the sales activities conducted by agents, ensuring they are well-coordinated and aligned with the company’s sales goals.
  • Assist agents in negotiating deals with clients, helping them overcome obstacles to close sales.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to real estate agents to ensure they have a thorough understanding of the properties and can effectively promote them.
  • Organize periodic workshops or briefings for agents on new developments or updates to the portfolio.
  • Conduct periodic market studies and research to evaluate market demand, pricing trends, and competitive developments.
  • Gather feedback from agents about market trends, client preferences, and competitive properties to help adjust sales strategies.
  • Provide insights to the sales and marketing teams to refine promotional efforts and property positioning.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing events such as property launches, site visits, roadshows, and customer engagement activities.
  • Work closely with agents to drive participation, enhance customer experience, and support lead generation during events.
  • Ensure smooth on-ground operations by coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
  • Oversee the management and upkeep of the sales gallery and show units, ensuring they are always presentable.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for any maintenance, upgrades, or adjustments needed to keep the gallery and show units in top condition.
Requirements
  • Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in a related field, preferably Sales & Marketing related.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the property industry or related field.
  • Good communication skills and strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with agents and support their sales efforts.
  • Proficiency in CRM (MHW) systems and sales reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong experience in Power BI including data modelling, DAX and creating interactive dashboards.
