Job summary

A company in the IBS industry located in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing professional. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, fostering relationships with clients, and implementing effective marketing strategies. Ideal candidates should have a diploma in business or related fields and at least 2-3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is beneficial. Willingness to travel is required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years in sales & marketing, preferably in IBS industry.

Acotec Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales & Marketing candidate for the Central Region. This individual will be responsible for planning and effectively implementing the Company’s sales and marketing programs. The role includes developing new business opportunities and providing technical advice and / or assistance to customers, prospects and authorized agents appointed by the company.

Responsibilities

Responsible for achieving sales results in accordance with set targets by the Head, Sales & Marketing.

Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and government agencies.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and exhibitions to promote IBS solutions.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, quotations, and project progress.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum 2-3 years in sales & marketing, preferably in IBS industry.

Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (added advantage)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel & PowerPoint)

Possess own transport and willing to travel.
