As Senior Executive, Sales Management, you play a pivotal role in assisting with sales forecasting, developing sales materials, tracking performance, managing user feedback, and ensuring seamless operational support across sales galleries and channels.

Job Responsibilities:

• Mentor Team Leaders, providing them with the necessary guidance and tools such as projects related information, plans etc. Liaising with Project unit for technical assistance should purchasers request project in-depth information.
• Motivation: Foster a positive and motivated sales environment, potentially offering support and encouragement to team members to reach their targets.
• Goal Setting: Work together with Manager and sales team to set clear and measurable sales targets and quotas for individuals and the team.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Track weekly sales leads, appointments and sales for all SkyWorld projects. Preparing weekly sales reports for all projects. Track sales performance data to assess team effectiveness and identify team obstacles and report to Manager for solutions.
• Sales team relationship Management: Manage and nurture relationships with sales Team to provide necessary support and to achieve win-win working relationships.
• Business Operations: Oversee the day-to-day sales operations and coordinating with others department for problem solving.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Degree or Diploma in Marketing/Business Studies/Estate Management or relevant field.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in property development, property sales or a related field.
• Strong knowledge and experience in property sales processes and regulations.
• Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skill.
