The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company’s real estate projects. This role involves managing project launches, coordinating events, overseeing marketing materials, and working closely with internal teams and external agencies to achieve sales and branding objectives.

Job Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns for property launches, events, and promotions.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
  • Manage creative development for advertising materials — including brochures, social media content, videos, and digital ads.
  • Oversee media planning and buying (print, digital, OOH, etc.) to ensure effective exposure.
  • Handle project branding, positioning, and visual identity from concept to execution.
  • Work closely with consultants, agencies, and vendors to deliver marketing collaterals and events on time.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic marketing decisions.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website updates, social media content, and online advertising.
  • Support in preparing reports, presentations, and proposals for management review.
  • Prepare, process, and execute marketing-related paperwork, such as purchase requests, quotations, payment forms.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.
  • Strong understanding of property marketing, branding, and event management.
