To ensure the seamless operation of the plant, delivering products that meet the required quality standards, with the correct parts, and in the most efficient manner possible.

To involves close collaboration with key departments, including Production Planning and Control, Quality Assurance, Process Engineering, Tooling, Plant Engineering, Technical, and Logistics.

Key Accountabilities

• To maximize production output and minimize downtime, improving resource utilization and achieving production targets with cost efficiency.
• To deliver consistently high-quality products that meet customer specifications, with minimal defects and zero customer complaints related to quality.
• To ensure a well-trained, competent workforce, optimizing staffing levels to meet production demands while minimizing errors and increasing overall team productivity.
• To maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through timely deliveries, high-quality products, and responsive resolution of production-related issues.
• To achieve 100% compliance with all relevant local, regional, and industry-specific regulations, avoiding fines or operational disruptions.

• To maintain a safe working environment with zero accidents, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.

What we're looking for

• Education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Manufacturing/Industrial
• Professional Experience: Preferably 2 years of experience in Automotive Manufacturing Industry
• CepSWAM certificated is required in handling schedule waste
• Understand and able to interprets in standard requirements for IATF 16949
