ROLEOVERVIEW

This role is responsible to manage an efficient andeffective Procurement operation for the procurement of materials, supplies,equipment, and services based upon Procurement policy and procedures and alignwith company’s objectives.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
Sourcing& Contracting
  • Develop sourcing strategies, conduct market research,and evaluate suppliers.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring compliance withterms, regulations, and service levels.
Requisition& Purchase Order Management
  • Oversee requisitions, approvals, and issuance ofpurchase orders.
  • Ensure accurate, timely procurement transactions in linewith policies and budgets.
  • Work with Accounts Payable on invoice/paymentprocessing.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and drivecontinuous improvement.
StrategicAlignment & Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understandbusiness needs and ensure alignment of procurement strategies withorganizational goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders onprocurement strategies, risk mitigation, and cost optimization.
Policy,Risk Management & Compliance(Governance Enhancement)
  • Develop, communicate, and update procurement policiesand procedures.
  • Train stakeholders to ensure adherence to guidelines andbest practices.
  • Identify and manage procurement risks, ensuring suppliercompliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.
  • Support audit requirements and maintain documentationfor transparency and accountability.
Reporting& Data Management
  • Track procurement KPIs and prepare regular managementreports.
  • Analyze spend and performance data to identify costsavings and process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate, cleansed procurement data.
Project& Change Management
  • Lead procurement-related projects, ensuring alignmentwith timelines and budgets.
  • Support change management in processes, systems, andpolicies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to address businessneeds.
  • Streamline procurement processes and adopt technologysolutions.
  • Drive quality assurance, compliance, and innovation insourcing and procurement practices.
WHATDOES IT TAKE TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Qualifications
  • Degree in Supply ChainManagement, Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Banking or equivalent.
WorkExperience
  • 5+ years of working experiencein Procurement function.
  • Preferably Executivesspecializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management orequivalent.
  • Good negotiation and analyticskills, proactive and willing to learn.
  • Basic understanding on S2P(sourcing to payment).
  • Excellent knowledge of MSOffice (particularly Excel) and ERP software.
  • The ability to be detailoriented but can visualize the larger impact of a series of transactions.
  • Process-oriented with anunderstanding of both financial and operational controls.
  • Comfortable working withmanual and automated processes
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbalcommunication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and an ability to workwith diverse groups of people.
  • Action orientated to deliverresults effectively.
