Role Purpose

The Senior Executive, Marketing Communications takes lead on marketing campaigns and product marketing efforts for the fintech (Open Wallet, DuitNow QR and Commercial) pillar to achieve company goals to increase campaign awareness, adoption, customer acquisition and sustenance. This role also requires in-depth responsibility and accountability of the shared goals (GMV, MTC and other relevant numbers) for the pillars together with the business owners. To ensure consistent messaging and sentiment strategies across channels and collaborate to align with internal teams including the business owners, external stakeholders, and agencies for campaign execution and outcome. Someone who is results‑driven and able to use data,, situational analysis, expected numbers/results and market trends to make informed decisions to improve marketing strategies is important for this role. Ownership is crucial.

In this role you will
  • Co‑plan, strategise, drive and execute campaigns and product launches across relevant online and offline channels to achieve company’s Objective Key Results (OKRs) to drive the fintech GMV, MTC and other relevant numbers, and grow the business size as a shared responsibility with the business owners.
  • Plan, develop and execute detailed marketing, penetration and communication plans for respective campaigns which includes campaign objective and strategies crafting, content and messaging and creative briefs, to ensure that campaign receives sufficient traction among the target audience.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including divisions within the marketing department, product, fintech/commercial, and data, for a cohesive and effective campaign management/product launch.
  • Work closely with Senior Manager, Marketing, CLM, Designing team, Comms team, OGA team, Data team, product team and business owner (Fintech/Commercial) for a successful implementation of strategic marketing plans to streamline success criteria and to measure effectiveness of the initiative (campaign/product launch).
  • Keep‑up with competitor offerings and current trends, especially in the e‑wallet, FinTech and shopping trends, to be informed when developing communication plans or suggesting the usage of new communication tools to better reach the target audience. This should also incorporate analysis and ideas on how to integrate fintech with the fuel and/or mobility market and offerings for cross‑sell promotions.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of the overall strategies and campaigns, using data and analytics to measure engagement and ROI, and make data‑driven and situational‑driven decisions.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

  • Degree in Business management, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 or more years of experience in marketing communications, campaign management, product marketing, preferably in a related industry or company.
