Plan and execute promotional activities, events, and partnerships to drive traffic, increase transactions, and boost sales across multiple channels.
Conduct market research and consumer behavior analysis to identify market opportunities, trends, and potential threats, guiding strategic decision-making.
Analyze performance metrics, sales data, and customer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify areas for optimization.
Lead and mentor the team by providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure the successful execution of marketing programs and campaigns.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience at least 2 years in marketing roles, preferably within the hospitality or food industry, with a focus on driving commercial growth.
