Job summary

A healthcare organization is seeking a Senior Executive in Management Account / Group Finance to oversee the full set of accounts for assigned companies. This role involves ensuring timely month-end and year-end closings, preparing variance analysis, and management reports. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent, along with 3–5 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of accounting standards and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential for success in this role.

Senior Executive, Management Account / Group Finance

Prepare full set of accounts for assigned companies with minimal supervision, in accordance with approved accounting standards and group policies.

Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing in accordance with group timelines.

Monitor and analyze financial performance against approved budgets and forecasts.

Prepare variance analysis and management reports for management review.

Maintain proper accounting records and ensure completeness of supporting documentation.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring activities.

Assist in audit, tax, and statutory reporting matters.

Ensure compliance with e-Invoicing requirements, company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.

Perform other related accounting duties as assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or ACCA/CPA or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3–5 years relevant working experience in accounting or management accounting.
  • Experience in handling full set of company-level accounts.
  • Good knowledge of accounting standards, tax and e-invoicing requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight reporting timelines.
  • Strong time management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
