Qualifications

• LLB/CLP or equivalent qualification to practice law in Malaysia.
• Preferably called to the Malaysian Bar.
• Minimum 6 years working experience ideally a mix of top-tier law firm and in-house experience with an MNC/GLC/PLC.
• Good knowledge in contract, corporate and conveyancing matters.
• Fair experience in litigation is an advantage but not compulsory.
• Effective report-writing and presentation skills.

• Providing legal support to business on various legal matters.

• Reviewing and/or drafting legal documents/ contracts for eg. Sub‑Lease Agreement, Tenancy Agreement, Novation Agreement, Settlement Agreement, Procurement Contracts, Sales Agreement, etc.
• Providing first‑level legal advice to protect PTP’s business interest.
• Managing litigation matters by monitoring and liaising with external counsel.
• Providing legal support to business on various legal matters.
