FFM Berhad (FFM) was incorporated in Malaysia on 3 December 1962 and is part of the Kuok Group of Companies. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily inventory operations across all branches, ensuring compliance with processes and timely reporting.
- Monitor and verify inbound and outbound stock transactions in HAVI and SAP, maintaining accurate stock movement records.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise cycle counts and stock take activities, including documentation and staff coordination.
- Conduct post-stock take reconciliations, investigate variances, and ensure adherence to SOPs and audit requirements.
- Manage reconciliation of 3rd‑party warehouse inventories, verifying documents and updating records in HAVI and SAP.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies across all branches and warehouses, prepare variance reports, and coordinate with Finance for system adjustments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and maintain comprehensive documentation of stock adjustments, reconciliations, and variances.
Education & Qualification
Relevant Experience & Years of Service
- 3 to 5 years of experience in handling inventory operations
Technical Skills & Professional Knowledge
- Proficient in inventory management systems (HAVI, SAP), MS Excel, stock reconciliation, cycle counts, stock take procedures, system adjustments, and document verification, ensuring compliance with SOPs and audits.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, supply chain processes, variance analysis, discrepancy investigation, and effective coordination with cross‑functional teams and 3rd‑party warehouses.
