Your Role

Drive HR and Administrations excellence by managing recruitment, payroll, employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources

Recruitment

  • Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, shortlisting, interview arrangements, and reference checks.
  • Assist in recruitment as required, such as manpower planning, posting advertisements, phone screening, arranging interviews, employment contracts, work permits, etc. aligned with local regulations.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Payroll Management

  • Administer payroll, including variable components such as overtime, allowances, and incentives.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll administration, record keeping, payroll processing, EPF, SOCSO, PCB, income tax (EA Form and Form E) and report submission.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date employee database and leave management.
  • Coordinate training arrangements with related parties.
  • Assist in application and renewal of annual licenses for professionals (healthcare doctors, nurses, etc).
  • Ensure compliance with statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRD Corp) and timely submission to authorities.
  • Support annual salary review and bonus payout exercises.

Compensation Benefits

  • Assist in preparation and implementation of compensation structures and salary benchmarking.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date compensation records and ensure data integrity.
  • Administer employee benefits programmes including insurance, medical claims, and leave management.
Administrations
  • Prepare and submit payment requests, reviewing adequacy of supporting documents.
  • Provide full administrative support: entering, formatting, printing information, organising work, answering phone, relaying messages, maintaining equipment and supplies.
  • Assist in application of business licences and translate documents as required.
  • Liaise with company secretary and coordinate with ERMS Berhad and other related third‑party companies.
Requirements

Education • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration/Finance or related field.

Experience • Minimum 3 years of relevant Human Resources experience.

Skills

  • Proficient in payroll software.
  • Good understanding of Malaysian tax laws, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS regulations.
  • Competent with Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good time‑management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
