A leading engineering firm located in Terengganu, Malaysia is seeking an HR and Finance professional to manage recruitment processes, maintain HR documentation, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The candidate will handle full sets of accounts, prepare financial reports, and coordinate training programs. This role is ideal for those with experience in HR functions and financial compliance, offering a dynamic work environment in a reputable organization.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR-related documentation.
Support HR policies, compliance, and employee relations.
Coordinate training programs, performance reviews, and HR initiatives.
Finance & Accounting
Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow statements, and assist in budgeting & forecasting.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax filings, and statutory requirements.
Manage SST submissions, ensure compliance with Customs regulations, and liaise with the Customs Department when required.
Liaise with banks for payments, facilities, and financial transactions.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities.
