A government agency in Malaysia is seeking a finance professional based in Cyberjaya to manage financial data, coordinate budgeting, and support the effective allocation of grants. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, has at least five years of relevant experience, and is skilled in financial analysis and stakeholder engagement. This contract position is renewable for an additional year and offers benefits including annual leave and medical coverage.
To analyse, coordinate, maintain, and execute all financial data and activities associated with the annual budgeting, disbursement, monitoring, and utilisation of the Forums as mandated under the Communications and Multimedia Act and the Postal Services Act. The role is responsible for monitoring, analysing, and reviewing financial reports and data; managing forum improvement initiatives; and providing support to the Forum Fund Management Department to ensure the effective allocation, utilisation, and impact assessment of grants disbursed to the Forums, in accordance with MCMC’s regulatory objectives, national policy directives, and principles of prudent financial stewardship.
Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or other relevant qualifications;
Professional certifications in Accounting /Finance, Data Analytics and Project Management will be an added advantage; and
Minimum five (5) years of relevant working experience in especially finance/accounting related role
Candidate must be willing to work in Cyberjaya and this is a contract position of renewable for one plus one year.
