Senior Executive, Finance/Accountant – Kempas

• Oversee the preparation of timely monthly financial and management reports.
• Perform analysis on monthly financials of business units, including detailed costing & margin analysis on product lines.
• Oversee AR, GL, Costing functions and any accounting scope as assigned by the Manager.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budget and rolling forecasts.
• Actively engage with the operation team to discuss and provide advice on accounting impacts.
• Ensure effective financial control of operations by monitoring and overseeing the use of control systems, procedures and mechanisms.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, listing rules and other regulatory requirements.
• Maintain good effective relationships with external and internal auditors.

Qualifications & Skills

• SPM with years of experience or Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting or a professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA) or equivalent.
• Working experience in an international accounting firm and/or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to grasp business logic and apply it to accounting and operational situations.
• Knowledge in SAP or other ERP systems is an added advantage.
• Good team player, possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact at all levels.
• Hands‑on, meticulous and keen eye for details.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills, ability to work independently.
• Ability to multi‑task and work under pressure.
