Senior Executive/Executive, Group Branding
The Senior Executive/Executive, Group Branding is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and coordination of branding initiatives across Sunsuria Group. This role ensures brand consistency, timely project delivery, and effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners. The position also plays a key role in managing branding materials, corporate communication assets, and CSR‑related activities in alignment with Sunsuria’s brand values.
Responsibilities
Branding Project Coordination
- Coordinate and track branding projects from planning to completion, ensuring all timelines, budgets, and quality standards are adhered to.
- Monitor workflows, anticipate delays, and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Brand Materials & Campaign Support
- Assist in the development, preparation, and rollout of corporate branding materials, marketing collaterals, event assets, and group-wide campaigns.
- Ensure branding materials are updated and aligned with Sunsuria’s brand direction.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Liaise with internal departments, agencies, designers, and printers on artwork approvals, production planning, and logistical arrangements.
- Coordinate procurement of materials and manage vendor timelines to avoid project delays.
Brand Consistency & Quality Assurance
- Support brand governance by ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines across digital and offline platforms, including presentations, social media, press releases, and internal communication channels.
- Conduct periodic checks and propose improvements where necessary.
CSR & Community Engagement Support
- Assist in planning and executing CSR initiatives and community engagement efforts that reflect Sunsuria’s brand values.
- Coordinate logistics, documentation, and communication for CSR‑related activities.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, project summaries, and follow‑up action plans for all branding‑related meetings.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of branding assets and project files.
Administrative & Coordination Support
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Group Branding Director in day‑to‑day functions.
- Assist with scheduling, briefing materials, presentations, and any assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Branding, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience for Executive; 4–5 years for Senior Executive.
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good understanding of branding, marketing communications, and design processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva) is an added advantage.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
