Responsibilities

  • Welcome, greet, assist VIPs and guests during arrival and departure.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints using Service Recovery techniques.
  • Maintain cleanliness at work areas.
  • Handle and control stocks and supplies needed at work areas.
  • Assist disabled, senior citizen guests and children.
  • Demonstrate impeccable product knowledge.
  • Monitor conditions of assets in the Front Office, Garden, Showroom, and Car Park.
  • Ensure pamphlet availability.
  • Report incidents and update log books.
  • Handle telephone calls.
  • Provide secretarial services to guests as requested.

  • Maintain cleanliness at your work areas.
  • Handle and control stocks & supplies needed at your work areas.
  • Assisting disable, senior citizen guests and children.
  • Demonstrate impeccable product knowledge.
  • Keeping track and checking on the condition of all movable and immovable assets at the Front Office area, Garden, Showroom and Car Park area.
  • Ensure that there is always pamphlet.
  • Reporting any incidents and updating the same in log books.
  • Handling telephone calls.
  • Provide secretarial services to guest such as but not limited to send email, and letter when request.
