Reporting to the Head of Card Usage & Portfolio

This full‑time Senior Executive, Card Usage & Portfolio role is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at AEON Credit Service (M) Bhd in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur.

What you'll be doing
Attrition

Analyse customer behaviour and attrition trends within the credit card portfolio to identify risk factors and opportunities for improvement.

Develop and implement strategies aimed at reducing attrition.

Collaborate with RU teams to design retention campaigns and initiatives tailored to at‑risk customers.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer retention and attrition, providing regular reports to management.

Conduct customer feedback surveys and analyze results to inform retention strategies and identify areas for enhancement.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor practices to develop best‑in‑class retention strategies.

To assist in improving the accuracy of Churn Predictive Model, as well as incorporating the model into campaign to mitigate attrition.

To analyse demographic profiles of cardholders and turn it into insights for the growth of Credit Card Department.

To analyse and design campaigns for RFM Model to increase specific/overall Credit Card Sales.

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience in product management, portfolio management or card operations in the financial services industry.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to derive insights from data.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Proactive and creative mindset to identify and implement innovative solutions.

Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
