Job description

We are seeking a self-driven and independent commercial professional to manage customer relationship and support plant operations. You will be the single point of contact for commercial matters, handling enquiries, quotations and projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring timely responses and issue resolution.

Build and maintain strong, long-term and customer relationships.

Manage new project enquiries and follow-ups independently.

Coordinate with headquarters for quotations and proposals, ensuring alignment with corporate pricing and policies.

Provide market and customer insights to support operational and commercial decision-making.

Support plant operations by ensuring smooth commercial processes and project execution.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related fields (automotive / manufacturing exposure is an advantage).

Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (reading, writing and speaking). "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."

Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Proven experience in customer service, commercial management or business development (preferably in automotive / manufacturing).

Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and confidently.

Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Willing to work in Proton City, Tanjung Malim, Perak.

This is a high-visibility role where you will own end-to-end commercial processes and directly support plant operations.
