Position

Senior Executive Assistant / Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I / II) (two posts) in the School of Computing and Data Science (Ref: 533862)

To commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.

Responsibilities
  • Academic, Student, and Secretarial Support – meet with Division Head, scheduling, coordination, correspondence. Support undergraduate and research postgraduate programmes, including Delta+ programme. Assist in coordination of programme administration team.
  • Programme, Academic HR, and Finance Support – maintain daily operations of academic programmes. Assist with academic human resources matters and financial processes, including postgraduate studentships, disbursement of divisional conference and publication grants, research personnel appointments, and payroll processing.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree, preferably with two years of relevant work experience.
  • Good command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, good problem-solving abilities, interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Prior experience of two to three years in programme administration is an advantage.
