Position Overview

Responsible for managing the overall operation of the assigned oil palm estate.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all activities around the estates are conducted in accordance with the company's policies, procedures, and good agricultural practices.
• Produce the annual work plan and budget, including workforce plan, logistics and fresh fruit bunches projection.
• Supervise and motivate staff to achieve optimum work performance.
• Ensure timely submission of reports as required by management.
• Ensure timely implementation of pest management and manuring programs.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor in Plantation Management / Agriculture or equivalent.
• Minimum 5‑10 years in a management and operation position.
• Knowledgeable in planning, budgeting and cost monitoring.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and leadership skills with good interpersonal skills.
