Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural or Mechanical/Electrical fields and have over 2 years of professional experience in BIM engineering. Role Summary

Specializing in multidisciplinary BIM coordination, clash resolution, and LOD 400/500 model delivery, ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 and BIM Execution Plan (BEP) standards while supporting Digital Twin integration and mentoring project teams for building and data centre construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle multidisciplinary BIM coordination to resolve design issues and clashes, producing LOD 400 and LOD 500 BIM models and actively involve in technical, operational, and BIM discussions to resolve project‑related challenges.
  • Ensure project BIM implementation complies with ISO 19650, the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), project standards, and client requirements.
  • Develop and enhance 3D BIM models to LOD 400 & LOD 500 for design coordination, shop drawing production, and as‑built documentation.
  • Issue and follow up on RFIs, design options/changes, and 3D modelling issues with consultants to ensure timely resolution.
  • Review Issue of Construction (IFC) designs to confirm compliance with scope of work, specifications, and project schedules.
  • Collaborate with senior design engineers / design manager in proposing design solutions based on engineering principles and best practices.
  • Lead and guide BIM Engineers in performing design, constructability analysis, scheduling, and data coordination tasks.
  • Produce and review Combined Services Drawing (CSD) for site construction and IBS panel fabrication.
  • Review and validate BIM deliverables from internal teams and subcontractors; conduct model audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
  • Support the integration of BIM with Digital Twin and Facility Management (FM) platforms for post‑construction use.
  • Manage project information sharing via the Common Data Environment (CDE) in adherence to ISO 19650 requirements.
