Job description
1. Online Store Operations
  • Manage online store operations across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and the company website.
  • Ensure timely product uploads, price updates, stock accuracy, and promotional setup.
  • Monitor store performance, traffic, conversion rate, and sales trends.
2. Content & Listing Management
  • Prepare and upload high-quality product listings (descriptions, images, specifications).
  • Coordinate with marketing/graphics team for banners, product visuals, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain consistency and accuracy of product information.
  • Monitor order processing, packaging, and shipment to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate closely with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams.
  • Resolve operational issues such as cancellations, returns, refunds, and stock discrepancies.
4. Campaign & Promotion Execution
  • Plan and execute online campaigns (Mega Sales, Payday, platform vouchers, livestream events).
  • Work with platform PICs to maximise visibility and participation in campaigns.
  • Analyse campaign results and recommend improvements.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage ratings, reviews, and customer feedback to maintain store reputation.
6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track and analyse e-commerce KPIs (sales, AOV, conversion rate, traffic, SKU performance).
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and action plans.
