Job summary

A healthcare company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Graphic Designer. The role involves conducting product design, market research, and collaborating with teams to innovate and improve design efficiency. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience in graphic and packaging design, strong proficiency in Adobe software, and excellent communication skills in English, with Mandarin as an advantage. Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in graphic designing and packaging designing including internship or relevant projects.
• 2 years of leadership experience managing designers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product design including market research and concept development.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate design and user experience.
• Oversee project management from concept creation to execution.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure quality of printed materials.

To conduct product design including market research, trend analysis, concept development, packaging die cut, user manual and other design (flyers, marketing tools, slides and etc).

To collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the design and product creativity and user experience to gather information and feedback on the product design.

To oversee the project management and alignment as well as coordination of the creation of design concept until execution.

To continuously innovate and improvement for the design efficiency improvement.

To liaise with suppliers on the artwork printing quality, packaging printing method and materials to ensure good quality and accuracy of the printed materials.

Working Experience:

4 year(s) of experience in graphic designing and packaging designing including internship, freelance work or any relevant academic projects.

2 years of leadership experience managing a few designers to meet the deadlines.

Job Requirement:

Diploma/Bachelor in Graphic Design, Visual arts or anything related.

Technical skills: Proficiency in Graphic Design software (Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop).

Creative & Attention to Details: Demonstrate creativity and eye for details of design or artwork.

Communication: Able to communicate and collaborate with teammate on the development of of project design.

Language: Good verbal and written communication in English. Possess Mandarin language skills is an added advantages

Time Management: Willing to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
